- Understand the project needs, give demonstration to the end-user & convert the potential lead into strong business relation,
- Have to do ERP implementation and provide training to clients,
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with clients,
- Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online,
- Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement,
- Have to attend training sessions whenever required,
- Solving assigned tasks based on the estimated time,
- In some cases, an employee should have to go outside the city for more than one day according to companies need.
- Should have to be present in every product fair whether the company is participating or not.
- Generate daily work report
- Reporting to the Support/Sales Manager or Team Leader on daily basis,
- Responsibility will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance
