Admin frontdesk

  • Greet, Welcome, Direct & Announce the visitors at front desk appropriately.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Answering phones calls and taking messages.
  • Training, Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Managing office equipment & Repairing.
  • Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems.
  • Perform other clerical Back/Front office duties such as filing & photocopying.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication & Excellent knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
