- Greet, Welcome, Direct & Announce the visitors at front desk appropriately.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Answering phones calls and taking messages.
- Training, Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Managing office equipment & Repairing.
- Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems.
- Perform other clerical Back/Front office duties such as filing & photocopying.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication & Excellent knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
