- Arrange Demonstration schedule, Follow up & Customer Feedback,
- Establish high quality ongoing relationship with the Clients,
- Ensuring timely and professional response of all complaints, queries and requests received from clients,
- Prepare Marketing Documentation,
- Product review and Service Review after installation,
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers,
- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers,
- Responding to complaints from customers and give before and after-sales support when requested,
- Weekly Monthly reporting of Sales Team (Per person),
- Directly reporting to MD on daily basis,
- Responsibility will be variable; it will change as per requirement and performance.
